Rocca Maria<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0who can be contacted at\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:privacy@lacadipietro.it?_x_tr_sl=it&amp;_x_tr_tl=en&amp;_x_tr_hl=it&amp;_x_tr_pto=wapp\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">privacy@lacadipietro.it<\/span><\/strong><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Scope of application<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">This policy applies to personal data collected through the FERLOG SERVICE SRL website in relation to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span dir=\"auto\">site navigation;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">information requests;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">bed reservations;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">pre-contractual and contractual management of accommodation;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">administrative, fiscal, accounting and public safety obligations;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">Management of obligations related to the university housing project funded under the PNRR.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Types of data processed<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">They can be treated:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span dir=\"auto\">personal and identification data (name, surname, date of birth, tax code, identity document details);<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">contact details (address, email, telephone, certified email);<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">data relating to bookings, bed assignments and contractual relationships;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">tax and payment data;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">data required for legal compliance, including reporting of guests to the competent authorities;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">Browsing data and data collected through cookies and similar tools.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Purpose of the processing<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">Personal data are processed for the following purposes:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span dir=\"auto\">allow navigation and the correct functioning of the site;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">respond to requests for contact, availability and information;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">manage reservations, assignments and the stipulation of rental or hospitality contracts;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">carry out administrative, accounting, fiscal and civil obligations;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">comply with public safety and other legal obligations;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">protect the rights of the Data Controller, prevent fraud and manage any disputes;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">Comply with the monitoring, reporting, verification, and document retention obligations associated with the PNRR project for the university residence in Monza, Via Valosa di Sopra no. 3.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Legal basis for processing<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">The treatment is based on:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span dir=\"auto\">on the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject and\/or on the execution of the contract, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b), GDPR;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">on the fulfillment of legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter c), GDPR;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in security, prevention of abuse, and defense of its rights, pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f), GDPR.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Nature of the transfer<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">Providing the data required for requests, reservations, and the conclusion and execution of the contract is mandatory. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to process the interested party&#8217;s request or conclude the contractual relationship.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Treatment methods<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">Data processing is carried out using paper, electronic, and IT tools, using methods strictly related to the indicated purposes and adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, in accordance with the security obligations set forth in the agreement with the University.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Data recipients<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">The data may be communicated, within the limits of the purposes indicated above, to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span dir=\"auto\">banking institutions and payment service providers, including those involved in online payments via Nexi;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">tax, legal, administrative and IT consultants;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">providers of technical services, hosting, website management, maintenance and organizational support;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">public security authorities, administrative authorities, judicial authorities and public bodies, in the cases provided for by law;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">public bodies involved in the verifications, controls and reporting of the PNRR financing, including the Ministry, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA and other competent bodies where applicable.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"10\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Data transfer<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">For processing related to the university agreement, the data &#8220;may be transferred exclusively within the European Union.&#8221;<\/span><br \/><span dir=\"auto\">FERLOG adopts the same criteria for processing governed by this policy, unless otherwise indicated to the interested party where permitted by law.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"11\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Retention period<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">The data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and, for legal and tax obligations, for\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0.<\/span><br \/><span dir=\"auto\">Additional retention periods may arise from reporting, monitoring, and control obligations related to the PNRR funding.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"12\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Rights of the interested party<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">The interested party may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span dir=\"auto\">data access;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">rectification;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">cancellation in permitted cases;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">limitation of processing;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">opposition;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">portability, where applicable.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span dir=\"auto\">Requests can be sent to the Data Controller via certified email (PEC)\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:ferlogservicesrl@pec.it?_x_tr_sl=it&amp;_x_tr_tl=en&amp;_x_tr_hl=it&amp;_x_tr_pto=wapp\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">at ferlogservicesrl@pec.it<\/span><\/strong><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0and to the DPO\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">, Avv.
