dir=\"auto\">access to and use of the site;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">consultation of information content relating to university residence;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">Request information and online booking of beds and related services.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span dir=\"auto\">The structure concerns the university residence project in\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Monza, Via Valosa di Sopra n. 3<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, with a capacity of\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">24 beds<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, built as part of the PNRR funding.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Acceptance<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">Browsing the site and using its services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Anyone who does not agree to them is required not to use the site.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Site contents<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">FERLOG reserves the right to modify, update, or remove the contents of the site, including availability, service descriptions, operating methods, and commercial information, at any time and without notice, without prejudice to compliance with legal obligations.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Intellectual property<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">All content on the site, including text, images, logos, layout, documents, and informational materials, belongs to FERLOG or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Bed reservation<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">Online booking constitutes a request for availability and\/or a booking proposal.<\/span><br \/><span dir=\"auto\">As provided in the documentation provided for the website:<\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201cThe reservation is considered confirmed only following receipt of payment (deposit or first installment) and the subsequent confirmation email sent by FERLOG SERVICE SRL.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"auto\">Actual entry into the facility remains subject to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span dir=\"auto\">upon signing the rental or hospitality contract;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">upon delivery of the requested documents;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">upon payment of the security deposit;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">to comply with the facility&#8217;s regulations.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Required documents<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">To perfect the relationship, FERLOG may request, for example:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span dir=\"auto\">identity document;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">Tax ID code;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">documentation relating to student status;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">any documentation required by applicable legislation, including that for foreign students.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"8\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Payments<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">Payments can be made via:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">bank transfer<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0; in this case, the reservation may be held for a maximum of 5 working days and may be cancelled if the receipt or credit is not received;<\/span><\/li><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Nexi Pay<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0or another authorized payment provider; payment takes place on the provider&#8217;s servers and FERLOG does not acquire complete card details.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"\" dir=\"auto\">All prices are expressed in euros.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"auto\">The security deposit, where applicable, is governed by the final contract.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Service availability and limitations<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">The availability of beds indicated on the website is for informational purposes only and is not binding until expressly confirmed by FERLOG.<\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"auto\">The availability of beds may be affected by organizational and contractual requirements, as well as by project and verification obligations arising from PNRR funding, given that:<\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"auto\">&#8220;PNRR funding is disbursed to the managing entity in a single payment only following the submission of documentation proving the availability of beds and the checks carried out by the Ministry \u2013 including through third parties, if necessary on a sample basis and through on-site visits, where deemed necessary.&#8221;<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"10\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Right of withdrawal and cancellation<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">For fixed-term accommodation services, the limitations on the right of withdrawal provided by consumer legislation may apply, within the limits of the law, as already indicated in the draft documentation on the website.<\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"auto\">The cancellation policy and any refunds apply as indicated:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span dir=\"auto\">in the specific offer published on the site;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">in the booking confirmation;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">in the final contract signed with the user.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span dir=\"auto\">Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a reservation confirmed by payment of a deposit may be non-refundable, unless otherwise provided in the contract.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"11\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">User obligations<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">The user undertakes to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span dir=\"auto\">provide truthful, up-to-date and complete data;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">do not use the site for any illicit or fraudulent purposes;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">do not interfere with the operation of the site;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">do not violate any third party rights or intellectual property rights;<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">comply with the contractual and regulatory conditions of the facility.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"12\"><li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Limitation of liability<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><span dir=\"auto\">FERLOG takes reasonable measures to keep the site up to date, but does not guarantee that it will always be free from errors, omissions, interruptions, or vulnerabilities.
