Project funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, through the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) funds managed by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), acting as implementing beneficiary body.

We’ve designed every service to simplify your life and allow you to enjoy your living experience with complete peace of mind.

Functional redevelopment of the building's floor plan with a clear separation and optimization of private and common spaces, fully complying with the targets and timelines established by the MUR.

Creating spaces dedicated to relaxation and recreational activities to stimulate a sense of community.

Maximize overall accommodation capacity through an efficient combination of: o Single and double rooms with accessible amenities.

Results achieved

The PNRR-funded university residence has been fully completed: a ground floor with rooms and common facilities (a Video & Music room and a snack area) and a first floor with 6 double rooms and 4 single rooms, in full compliance with the MUR’s targets and milestones.
