Terms and conditions for using the site and booking accommodations
- Owner of the site
This site is managed by FERLOG SERVICE SRL , VAT number 05265570654 , REA 2706109 , with registered office in Via Valtellina 5/7 – 20259 Milan (MI) , PEC ferlogservicesrl@pec.it .
- Object
These Terms and Conditions govern:
- access to and use of the site;
- consultation of information content relating to university residence;
- Request information and online booking of beds and related services.
The structure concerns the university residence project in Monza, Via Valosa di Sopra n. 3 , with a capacity of 24 beds , built as part of the PNRR funding.
- Acceptance
Browsing the site and using its services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Anyone who does not agree to them is required not to use the site.
- Site contents
FERLOG reserves the right to modify, update, or remove the contents of the site, including availability, service descriptions, operating methods, and commercial information, at any time and without notice, without prejudice to compliance with legal obligations.
- Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, images, logos, layout, documents, and informational materials, belongs to FERLOG or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited.
- Bed reservation
Online booking constitutes a request for availability and/or a booking proposal.
As provided in the documentation provided for the website:
“The reservation is considered confirmed only following receipt of payment (deposit or first installment) and the subsequent confirmation email sent by FERLOG SERVICE SRL.”
Actual entry into the facility remains subject to:
- upon signing the rental or hospitality contract;
- upon delivery of the requested documents;
- upon payment of the security deposit;
- to comply with the facility’s regulations.
- Required documents
To perfect the relationship, FERLOG may request, for example:
- identity document;
- Tax ID code;
- documentation relating to student status;
- any documentation required by applicable legislation, including that for foreign students.
- Payments
Payments can be made via:
- bank transfer ; in this case, the reservation may be held for a maximum of 5 working days and may be cancelled if the receipt or credit is not received;
- Nexi Pay or another authorized payment provider; payment takes place on the provider’s servers and FERLOG does not acquire complete card details.
All prices are expressed in euros.
The security deposit, where applicable, is governed by the final contract.
- Service availability and limitations
The availability of beds indicated on the website is for informational purposes only and is not binding until expressly confirmed by FERLOG.
The availability of beds may be affected by organizational and contractual requirements, as well as by project and verification obligations arising from PNRR funding, given that:
“PNRR funding is disbursed to the managing entity in a single payment only following the submission of documentation proving the availability of beds and the checks carried out by the Ministry – including through third parties, if necessary on a sample basis and through on-site visits, where deemed necessary.”
- Right of withdrawal and cancellation
For fixed-term accommodation services, the limitations on the right of withdrawal provided by consumer legislation may apply, within the limits of the law, as already indicated in the draft documentation on the website.
The cancellation policy and any refunds apply as indicated:
- in the specific offer published on the site;
- in the booking confirmation;
- in the final contract signed with the user.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a reservation confirmed by payment of a deposit may be non-refundable, unless otherwise provided in the contract.
- User obligations
The user undertakes to:
- provide truthful, up-to-date and complete data;
- do not use the site for any illicit or fraudulent purposes;
- do not interfere with the operation of the site;
- do not violate any third party rights or intellectual property rights;
- comply with the contractual and regulatory conditions of the facility.
- Limitation of liability
FERLOG takes reasonable measures to keep the site up to date, but does not guarantee that it will always be free from errors, omissions, interruptions, or vulnerabilities. To the extent permitted by law, FERLOG is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the site, interruption of service, or reliance on unverified information.
- Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy published on the site, which form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
- PNRR project and destination of the structure
The Monza facility, located at Via Valosa di Sopra 3, is part of a university residence project co-financed by the PNRR (National Plan

- Applicable law and competent court
The agreement with the University designates the Court of Monza as the exclusive court .
For consistency with the contractual documentation relating to the facility, these Terms and Conditions establish the Court of Monza as the competent court, unless otherwise required by law .
